Karrierepartner AS and its management are derived from Norway's largest career advisory industry.

Over the past 15 years, we have helped over 15 000 managers and employees into new positions, resulting from restructuring and downsizing. Through our extensive advisory staff, we offer dedicated advisors with profiles and backgrounds that cover the vast majority of expectations. Bjørn-Eirik Buschmann, Managing Director/Partner

Educated in marketing, adult pedagogy and coaching. Expertise in downsizing processes, career counselling, performance and career development and career readiness indexation.

25 years of experience as leader, marketing manager, as well as adviser in Norwegian and international organizational development companies. 12 years of experience as an advisor/Executive Coach in career restructuring/job transitions.

  • Assisted as a hired adviser and project manager in some of the country's most media-related downsizing processes since 2004.

  • Assisted downsizing projects involving over 15 000 candidates and delivered the best results on the market with over 95% of the candidates to a new job.

  • Founder of Din Utvikling - a leading provider of individual and group career counseling services to NAV - The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration. Is still the owner of the group's Holding Company.

  • CEO of Konsulentgruppen Frisk AS (Din Utvikling Consulting AS) from 2016-2019, including head of the Outplacement department from 2012. Built up framework agreements within Outplacement / career counseling with several of the country's market-leading Group.

Economics graduate from BI Norwegian Business School. Expertise in Leadership support, Career consulting, project management, Talent Management, performance development and optimization work.

25 years of experience as leader, marketing director, as well as advisor in Norwegian and international organizational development companies. 12 years experience as an advisor/Executive Coach in career restructuring/job transitions.

  • Operational manager and partner in the construction of one of Norway's largest companies with deliveries of public services.

  • 10 years of experience as negotiating manager of public procurement.

  • Chairman and board of directors in private companies and employers' organizations.

  • Head of education unit, responsible for certifications and development of competence programs in aviation.

Monica Forsgren, partner

Educated in management, technology and executive coaching. Expertise in; Leadership, team and employee development, coaching, change management, career counseling, reorganization and recruitment.

20 years of experience from the IT industry and 10 years of experience as a manager and Executive coach in career change / job transitions.

  • Several leadership roles and eventually Managing Director in Norway's leading provider of individual and group career counseling services to The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration. Leading a company with 200 permanent career counselors.

  • Negotiation of public procurement.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Experience from efficient sales processes with high goal achievement.

  • Project management, including central in the implementation of several major downsizing processes at our customers.

Karrierepartner assists customers all over Norway. This through our central advisory team in Oslo / Viken, as well as the big cities in Norway. In addition, we collaborate with advisers in several other places in the country.
